CONDITION: The skin has been cleaned & handled to provide a soft finish on the back in the natural shape of the animal. The long hairs are protected naturally by an oily substance known as lanolin which will protect the skin to a certain extent. Obviously such a product needs to be treated with care, the cleaning procedure is simple, however the best kind of treatment for such a product is care, moor care like on Dartmoor!

Despite the fact that we take great care in wrapping our goods before shipping, using protective wrappings, we cannot guarantee against damage due to factors outside our control. If damage does occur we will replace the item for free against a photo of the damaged good & return of the item by mail or taken to the market in Exeter on a Thursday morning. The time limit for returned goods is one week from the day of order & reception of notice & photo of the damaged item.
