A day producing honey with Peter

I helped Peter today with his honey production. We started extracting the first of the Dartmoor Clover honey. It's a light, yet full flavoured honey. It works well with porridge, fruit and yogurt...just a drizzle of honey on your toast or baguette in the morning.
